Is is Heavy Duty?

First of all........  We only carry heavy duty contractor grade scaffolding.  It's not a cheap or a light duty frame.  We are extremely efficient at getting it from the raw material to your door.   That's our secret. 

How do you sell a high quality set at these prices?

Many different ways.  It's not rocket science.  We do a whole lot of little things right.  No excessive overhead.  No bad debt or AR.  We don't accept PO's or anything else but payment up front.  Like a Credit card......or wire........or check......and a few other ways.. This means we don't have to pay personnel to deal with collecting, bad debt, slow pay......etc, etc, etc........need 500 sets and don't trust us?  No problem call Jerry and he'll make it work.  We have NEVER had a large order turned around for quality.  And we usually......I don't want to say always............ end up with repeat orders where the customer buys over and over and over and becomes our friend as well...............repeat business means we are doing something right for those of you that are skeptical........we are the largest LTL shipper in our county here in Eastern NC........so we have to be doing something right.  Now back to the frame..........

What does 5x5 mean?

It's the size of the frame used.  5 ft high x 5 ft wide.  The brace determines the distance between the frames and standard spacing is normally 7 ft and 10 ft and in NY the standard is 8 ft.........we don't currently do 8 ft.

Only the price is lightweight.  There is a difference between us and others you are comparing us with.  You will not get higher quality by buying a name brand locally even if you pay double or triple.  The more you read on our website the more you can come to understand this.  We sell direct.  Direct means straight from us to you.  We design, engineer, constantly improve, direct sell, direct ship, etc to you.  Over $600 on an order and there's no freight or sales tax.  Please don't call and ask if I buy over $600 is it free freight and no tax.  YES!   In the continental US.  We take the time to talk to you whether you need 4 pigtails, 2 stack pins for $2-3 bucks or you need 700 walkboards or 1500 frames.  Doesn't matter.  What's important is we don't use dealers or middlemen.  We pass the savings on directly to you.  We have taken the time to write down here the differences throughout the website and hope you will take the time to read about it. 

One big difference between our BJ style 5x5 frame and others BJ style frame is we carry an exact stacking copy.  Biljax doesn't make a 1 11/16th tube size no our knowledge with their standard frames.  Our #1 competitor carries their BJ style frame in a tube size that does not match BJ's........Our's is the actual #6 BJ tube size.  Not 1 11/16's........the #6 size is actually 1 5/8 in or 1.625 in OD not 1 11/16 in.  Biljax carries 3 tube sizes.  They call them #5, #6 and #7.  #5 is 1 1/2 in OD and is maybe 5% of the 3 sizes.  #6 and by far the most popular is 1 5/8 in.  #7 is 1.75 in OD for Super Heavy Duty applications maybe for mason's and is less than probably 5% sold of the 3.  We also carry the exact BJ  standardized factory stocking pattern measuring center of stud to center of stud of 27.75 inches instead of 4 ft.   What we are talking about is the distance between each stud where the braces attach to the frame.   

Our frames are powdercoated yellow and the brace is galvanized.  Stack pins and spring rivets are included.

Will mine work with yours?

So to see whether we are compatable with you.....and many brands are stackable with ease........simply measure the outer diameter of your tube...this is 1.625 mm OD.   Check the width of the frame as well.  If your center to center of the tube on the frame is 60 inches it will stack.  Next check that your measurement from one center of tube to center of tube from one frame to the next frame is exactly 7 ft............if this is all a yes then they should stack with no problem. 

We have our load tests posted in the top left hand corner above you right here on this page.......these sets are load tested to about 72,000 to collapse.....this is not the load rating...this is the fail point.  .........if you are wondering whether it will hold you with plenty of margin for safety.......... that's 9 Suburbans if you think about it.

How long to receive my order from the time I place it online with your shopping cart or a phone order? 

If you really need it we can usually get it out same day if you call us early in the morning.  We have automated wrapping equipment and can process, pack and ship in under an hour....if pushed.   But this is hard on us......call early EST for best results. Normal ship times are order on the shopping cart last night and it ships today.  We don't ship on Sat or Sun.  Here are some examples of how long to get to you from us here in Greenville NC.   These are weekdays.  Freight doesn't deliver or run on Sat or Sun.  Add 1 day if residential.
