4x4 Staging

Scaffoldmart now carries a 4x4 Stage.  Staging works great for bands, church functions,  anywhere a large platform is needed to get up in front of a crowd.   We worked over a year to build a stage that is superior to the current products offered and we worked hard to bring the cost down.    Our stage matches up to the industry standard norm and will completely interchange with other major industry patterns........all for way less money.   We include an X bracing pattern on the underside of the stage for increased strength.   This crosshatch pattern used 4 triangles and a triangular pattern is the strongest available.   Older models don't use bracing on the underside at all and the plywood flexes in the middle.   Our plywood is hardwood plywood not pine for increased strength as well.   We use Waterproof glue with more than the standard amount of layers for additional strength.  Steel frame is powdercoated black.    The increased strength of using a different wood "hard" vs a softwood adds a bit of a substantial feel.   We worked on this quite a bit.  We use a fireproof paint on both sides of the plywood and the board can be turned or flipped when the top becomes worn.......and this gives a brand new board.   Latch assembly uses a hex pattern and quickly locks just like a latch on a window sill quickly locking 2 sections together.    Our legs are available in 6, 12, 18 and 24 inches.     There is a small leg that goes into the unit at the top and then if more than 24 inches is needed in height a larger leg ( with same lengths) can be slid into the smaller upper leg thereby allowing an extension and more height.   Our base feet fit into the legs and have a screw adjustment to get the stage level.   Weight about 87 lbs
