Scaffoldmart’s Boat Ladders

Scaffoldmart now offers 4 different height “A” boat ladders.   Our Boat Ladders are hinged at the top to fold up for storage.   We use a hot dipped or stainless steel bolt and nylon locking bolt at the hinge point instead of a permanent weld so if there is damage to part of the ladder you can repair the ladder.   Makes sense right?   Others don’t do this.  We also do this at the ladder lock mechanism to allow full disassembly for repair.    We cope weld the ladder rungs instead of hydraulically pressing in a straight line and welding them flat on only 2 sides.   Cope welding is a more costly process that yields vastly increased strength.   We do this…..others do not.   The rung is scalloped or cut in a semicircle pattern so that the rung fits the vertical perfectly.    Then it’s welded all the way around.  Surface weld area almost doubles.    Available in 6 ft, 8 ft, 10 ft, and 12 ft lengths.   Ladder rungs are offset to give more height adjustment for your plank.    We weld at an angle a 3 in round base plate to each corner to keep unit from digging into ground.   Vat dipped to coat the inside and outside.
