Alloy Mill Finish true 6061 T6 please specify
your alloy origination. Virgin ingot only... no scrap. We have to
have maximum strength in our alloy and test regularly each and every load to be
assured that our product will continuously meet the load ratings designed.

Plywood requirements:
We are seeking a high quality supplier that will meet the
following exact requirements. We use two sizes:
13 mm x 483 mm x 2051 mm usually 2200-2400 pieces/container
13 mm x 483 mm x 2966 mm usually 500-700 pieces/container
Pine core with high strength as the priority. 7 layers of pine for the core and a birch face on one side only. We are looking for a whole core veneer for each and every piece. No piecing together. No holes, no air pockets, no gaps and no overlaps. Smooth cuts without tearing or ripping the ends or sides. We require 220g/m2 of 100% phenolic resin overlayed on each piece. This phenolic resin should be 100% WBP glue. It should meet the British standard nO 6566/1985 and Brazilian N orms ABNT nO 9534/1986. Bending strength should meet NBR 9533-1986. Regarding the cut tolerance it should be held tight as each piece will fit in an aluminum slot and if cut tolerance is off by more than 1 mm it could cause the piece to be unsuitable or the final product to not align. Regarding the sanding tolerance it should be no more than +/- .5 mm from 13 mm. It cannot exceed 13.5 mm and cannot be less than 12.5mm. Edges need to be sealed with Nitrocellulose Lac to prevent moisture absorption. We test each load that it meets the specifications.
