11 Ft Stationary Budget Scaffold Tower Package without safety
rails
This package includes 2 5x5 scaffold sets, 4 base plates and 4 pigtails. No safety rails are
included as sometimes a customer has their own or wishes to build their own.
Anything over 7.5 ft needs safety rails per OSHA. The jacks allow you to further raise the
platform or lower to get the perfect height for a total standing height of
over 11 feet.

Includes same as above with 8 in Heavy Duty scaffold casters. A grouser bar is required by OSHA but not included for those who
have their own grouser bar or wish to build their own and also does not have a
safety rail system for those who already have a safety rail system or wish to
build their own. A grouser for those that don't know and wonder is a bar that
fits diagonally at the bottom corner from one side to the opposite diagonal
corner and keeps the set square while you are rolling from one spot to another.
This package includes 2 5x5 sets, 4

and our budget safety rail system which includes 4 safety poles, (4) 5 ft single
safety rails, (4) 7 ft single safety rails and the necessary pigtails (8) to tie
it all together.
This package includes all of the 11 ft stationary budget scaffold tower
components but you get casters instead of base plates and we include an OSHA mandatory
stability bar called a grouser bar. Additional pigtails are included for the
wheels.
This is our top of the line scaffolding package and includes all items from the
11 ft Budget tower package but we upgrade the safety rail system to our top of

feeling. The yellow end panel is a one piece unit so there is zero side to side
movement or play. The 7 ft long safety rail bars have 2 welded ribs to help
eliminate movement end to end. The result is you can concentrate on your work
and not on your scaffolding.

Caster Jacks
This scaffolding jack
fits between the scaffold frame and the scaffolding caster and allows for height

outside or on solid surfaces that are not level. Our scaffold jacks are
unlike any other in that they are a full 30 inches in length which
yields a full 24 inches of adjustability. All others to our knowledge
are 24 inches total length with adjustability of only 18 inches.
One very valuable feature of this extra length is this allows you to
raise or lower the scaffolding tower from 1/2 inch to 24 inches to
adjust your platform height to that absolutely perfect working
height. Think about working all day on a project at a height that is 1

Scaffoldmart recommends considering a hoist are assembly for your tower.
This handy device allows you to pull up pieces of your tower as you are
building up and then you can safely swing your cargo onto the platform
decking. Comes with as extra large diameter pulley wheel. Must use tie bars
for stability.
