If you ever intend to use this package outside or
on unlevel ground then you will surely will need caster jacks and base
plates. With a caster jack you can adjust the tower to level it as the
caster fits inside the jack. If you want to go outside or say on an
unlevel deck etc you can use the caster with the jack on the deck but then
when you move over to the bushes next to the house.......wheels don't work
well in there! You will need to take out the wheel and insert a base
plate. So you take out the caster and insert the baseplate.....and
viola!! you now have a a level jack. So by getting the caster jack/base
plate combo you don't have to buy both a caster jack and a level jack.
Saves some $$. Remember you are getting free freight because this tower is
over $600. Next week when you are using this and need the caster jacks/base
plate combo..........you will have to reorder which will be a pain in the
XXX and then pay freight on top.......not to mention having to wait for them
to arrive when you right at the point of needing them. We have call after
call from customers saying "you were right" send me the jacks......etc.
