This package is an exceptional value.   Combined cost of these items alone is approximately $1177.00.    Standing height is approximately 26 ft high.   Your standing deck area is 5 ft w x 7 ft long.   Please consider our choice of our 6 ft 6 in x 5 frame for  this package.   Budget means you’ve got to cut a corner a bit.     A major consideration when building a tower is the frame.   Frames are the heaviest piece when assembling a tower.    We have decided (due to the price point) to offer a similar package to others where they use a larger heavier frame to save money.   By using a taller frame the package is reduced by 1 set.   So our 2 Budget offerings come with the larger frame which is not nearly as easy to assemble as our 5x5 frame.   But you save some money.   We have included our standard 5x5 frame in our Deluxe and our Premium 5x5 Frame in our Super Deluxe packages.   If you’ll read the below you will educate yourself on some major differences between our packages and others……..

We include 4 of our 30 in outriggers with a 10,000 lb drop forged clamp.  Please compare us on this.     You will not find this anywhere.  Most are ½ this load rating.  We manufacture our very own severe duty walkboard included with this package right here in Greenville NC.    When you are up 26 ft in the air I want a board that is 2x stronger than anything else available.   Others that sell direct do not manufacture anything!   Our board has no equal.  So please compare this.  Look here:  http://www.scaffoldmart.com/aluminum-plywood-walkboards.html.   I know it’s long winded but read it!   Once you do you will see the lengths we go to…..building the best product out there.   Our 7 ft safety rails set a standard in the industry.   We have enlarged the OD from 1 in (the industry standard) to 1.25 in.   Our test gorilla and my best friend  (Jerry) can now stand on this rail with about 280 lbs of weighty pressure and there is no permanent deflection.   Most rails sold do not meet OSHA code. (200 lbs side load)   Please check and compare.  Competitor rails will bend or break if this same test is applied.   So lose your balance up high and watch out!   We include  a grouser bar to install about ½ way up to provide superior rigidity to the overall structure…… please check to see if others do this.   Not on a stationary package to save them money.    Once you have compared you will see that even though we have the lowest pricing available we are offering a package that is clearly so superior to anything else available that hopefully you will come to the conclusion we are your only choice.   There is much greater value here than our price would suggest.

26 ft Super Deluxe Stationary  Tower Package with 7 ft brace:

Same as our Deluxe but we upgrade the SD package to our all aluminum board, our premium SM 5x5 frame with C-locks and the most important upgrade…..we move up to our special “JUMBO” outrigger.   What’s a jumbo outrigger?   Well at 26 ft   I consider it a must have.  So we invented it.    I feel a little queasy that high with the regular outrigger.   I am not afraid of heights but since I get queasy up there we developed a very large outrigger that we have dubbed   “JUMBO”.   It’s got 3 of our 10,000 lb drop forged clamps and recently we have gone even further with it.   The diagonal has been increased to the same tube we use on our vertical frames.   This tube will handle approximately 18,000 lbs of load.   Then we added 2 additional support bars in the middle area.    And last you get our premium 5x5 frame that comes with our super nice C-locks.   If you want the ultimate in safety and comfort this package is it at 26 ft. 

26 ft Budget  Rolling  Tower Package with 7 ft brace:

This package is the same as the budget stationary above but will allow you to roll the tower around on a hard level surface.   Never move tower with riders/supplies.   Always have everyone get off before moving tower.   We include 2 grouser bars with this package.   Install one at the base and the other about ½ way up.   Very nice value.

26 ft   Deluxe  Rolling  Tower Package with 7 ft brace:

Same as above budget rolling but we upgrade to our deluxe safety rail package and change the frames out to 5 sets of 5x5 to make it much easier to build the tower.    Please read stationary descriptions above for more in depth detail on the Deluxe Safety Rail package etc.

26 ft  Super  Deluxe  Rolling  Tower Package with 7 ft brace:

Same as above deluxe rolling but we upgrade to our all aluminum board,  5x5 premium frame with C-lock, our jumbo outrigger, our caster jack and our premium caster.   It’s like Prego…….it’s all in there!    Read Stationary discriptions above for more in depth detail.    This package in my mind is a must with the jumbo outrigger and caster jack.   The caster jack allows you to get really nice outrigger pressure on the tower.   The 5 ft jumbo outrigger is a must(in my mind) for a rolling tower at 26 ft.  vs  the 30 inch outrigger.     My nerves just like the 5 ft  3 clamp outrigger better.   My feeling is one of “comfort” up there with the “Jumbo”.    It’s hard to describe until you experience it.    Try looking down with your head at 31-32 ft in the air…….We also have added to this package our Premium Caster.   Read about it here:  http://www.scaffoldmart.com/scaffold-wheel.html.      It’s the premium not the standard when reading.

26 ft Packages with 10 ft brace:

All our above packages are available with 10 ft bracing instead of 7 ft.   This will take the standard standing area from 5 ft wide x 7 ft long to 5 ft wide x 10 ft long.   Typically we stretch it with these additional components:  10 ft walkboards, 10 ft bracing, 10 ft side safety rails and 10 ft grouser bars.   These items simply stretch the package from 7 ft to 10 ft in length on top.  

 

Accessories to consider adding while your order is over $600 and you get the free shipping:

Walkboards:   Consider this.   You can never have too many of these.   What are you going to stand on as you lift the pieces and parts upward while building your tower.   4 extra boards are about the right number.    I put 2 boards to stand on and 2 above me.   I lift from below and prop the pieces on the board I stand.   I then climb to the next upper level and reach down and lift them up.    Also extra boards are extremely useful for platforming other heights not just the top.   You are going to work at different levels sometimes right? http://www.scaffoldmart.com/aluminum-plywood-walkboards.html.
