     Just wanted to tell you that we received our scaffold order, everything arrived in perfect condition! And your selection of  "R/L" Carriers was outstanding the driver Johnny was very helpful with off load. "Your Product is the best I have ever used" Being a Maintenance Engineer, for General Motors after our Military Careers I have used many "other products" and they do not measure up to yours.

I received my scaffolds last week. I really like them a lot. I don't know what you can do about it but one of the Stacking Pins galvanized was missing from the set. It was not

easy to spot, since it was in the middle of the shipment.

Today I received scaffold that I recently ordered and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product.   Many times when ordering products online, you do not always get what you think you ordered when it comes to quality or workmanship.   But the scaffold was a beefy construction grade, the outstanding packaging guaranteed safe delivery.  I couldn't be happier with my scaffolding.   Additionally, your choice to use RL trucking was the correct choice.   I live in the country and I was not at home at the time of delivery, but according to my wife, "Brian" parked out on the road, off loaded our material, transported it up the driveway and placed it behind the house.   What service!!!   Another trucking company would have insisted on tailgate delivery or would have taken the materials back to the terminal.   My hats off to both Scaffold Mart for the outstanding products and packaging and RL Trucking for the outstanding customer service.

  Below is a letter I sent to RL trucking that you had hired to send our scaffolding.  I realized that I had not thanked your company for such tremendous service.  The scaffolding is exactly what my husband and I wanted.  Something professional and safe to use on our rather tall home for projects.  Alan would swing from a rope if I would let him, but now I can rest easy that he is safe up there and he is VERY proud of his new system.

Dear Sirs:

  I am writing to commend your company on its incredible quick delivery, but primarily to let you know the driver that delivered my 600lbs of scaffolding  is one that deserves a tremendous amount of thanks.  He was such an accommodating, and genuinely nice person even when he realized that the 600lb delivery was a residence and was met with a 125lb woman holding an 18mo. old grandson.  I wasn't much help to say the least.  He managed to get it off the truck and into my garage.  My husband drove a semi for many years, and would like to believe that he was always as curtious and helpful as your driver was. 

  I believe great companies always seem to have great employees and I met one yesterday.
